The dimensions can vary up to 4/6 mm as the klinker is a ceramic product obtained by vacuum extrusion molding of a mixture of fine German clays with a firing curve whose temperature, which varies according to the mixture, triggers the material a principle of vitrification called sintering. The high degree of sintering causes a dimensional shrinkage of approximately 8-10% between raw and fired dimensions. This slight discrepancy requires joint installation, increasing the anti-slip guarantees and giving the surfaces a unique and characteristic appearance.
